David Vosburg is Professor of Chemistry at Harvey Mudd College in Claremont, California and author of ‘Jesus, Beginnings, and Science’ (2017). He earned a BA in chemistry from Williams College and a PhD in organic chemistry from The Scripps Research Institute. Prior to Harvey Mudd he was a Jane Coffin Childs postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School. His research focuses on synthetic organic chemistry, molecular self-assembly, green chemistry, chemistry education, and communicating the compatibility of science and Christianity.

David regularly partners with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, the Emerging Scholars Network, and the BioLogos Foundation. He is a Fellow of the American Scientific Affiliation. He wrote a discussion guide for the science-faith film ‘From the Dust: Conversations in Creation’ (2012).
