Paul Brandon Rimmer is an assistant professor of experimental astrophysics at the Cavendish Laboratory, University of Cambridge. He is building a star in a lab and he uses that lab to search for comfortable places in this universe to start new life. Paul is married and the father of two sons. He is a planetary astrochemist by training. Paul is a Christian by religion. Philosophically, he is a Platonist who thinks that all material things are either atoms or are made out of atoms.
