David Fergusson OBE, FRSE, FBA is Regius Professor of Divinity at the University of Cambridge and a Senior Research Fellow at Magdalene College. From 2000-21, he held the Chair of Divinity at the University of Edinburgh. He has published on a broad range of topics in theology and has delivered several lecture series including The Giffords at the University of Glasgow in 2008. His most recent monograph is The Providence of God: A Polyphonic Approach (Cambridge University Press, 2018). He also serves as Dean of the Chapel Royal in Scotland.
