Introduction
From time to time The Faraday Institute holds academic conferences on specialised topics often in partnership with other academic institutions or departments. These take place at various venues within the University of Cambridge and will typically comprise a combination of invited plenary speakers and short papers selected by means of a Call for Papers.
Call for Papers
The Call for Papers is open to anyone engaged in academic research on the theme of the conference, and the course organisers welcome contributions. Those whose proposal is accepted as a short paper will be responsible for their own travel costs, accommodation and conference fees. Please note there are no bursaries available for Faraday Academic Conferences.
Short papers may be selected by the course organisers for inclusion in the conference proceedings if these are being published. Published conference proceedings will be made available to delegates at a discounted price.
If you have a question about conferences please email please call on 01223 748 888, or email enquiries@faraday.cam.ac.uk.
